Waiting at AirPort ...really sick

After winding up my work in banglore im set for my return journey to Hyderabad and booked Spice jet flight at on saturday departing at 9 AM. Infy campus being 68kms far from International airport started to airport by waking up early in morning, packed my luggage and started by 6.30 so that i can reach airport by 8 so as to be there an hour before closing the boarding. But to my surprise , jus few miles before reaching airport got an sms intimating that the flight im supposed to travel is delayed by 3 hours due to techical problem. Was totaly stuck surprised with message,but with no other option and no where to go i proceeded to airport thinking of waiting there after checkin. Got to know from officials that Spice jet from delhi landed with technical fault which inturn is supposed to fly back to hyderabad. So they made new flight flew from Delhi after technical inspection aranged the flight after 4 hrs of waiting. As some one said that "World is small" i met my engineering friend sarvani who is flying on same flight with her kid whoz 8 months old. she was so pleased and happy to see me as she was lil scary to fly with him, as its first time shez doing that. Time jus passed playing with kid, really kids are stress busters.After 50 mins of flight reached hyderabad safely. Accompanied saravani and her kid till they board cab and took my cab to reach my home..! My return Trip ended with lil patience and lil fun........

Im back to Hyderabad

DAY ON DUSHERA ( 16-10-10)
Its almost close to 4 weeks i was away from my home, yes after joining Infy my first project assignment was in banglore.Its for Tanishq jewellery and I was asked to visit garden city in last week of september. Almost for 3 weeks of tight deadline works now somehow the work is coming to shape.Done with my part of work and winded up from banglore and came back to Hyderabad a day before dushera.....!

Lifez on Race again

Its long i updated my blog as many thing were happening in series without a breakand I dint even realize the same until my very own frnd Kiran and my wife Niharika questioned me as why am i not updating it now a days
Life is on running on track again as my career wheel started to roll out,ofcorz this time not with Sierra pay 'rolls' any more but with Infosys Pay rolls, Yes I made a move again ,soundz lil crazy but thatz true, in span of 3 months i quit my old company and Joined Infosys, Now i am in Infoscian ( that is wat generally an infy employee is labelled as ) , successfuly joined infy and im running into my 3rd week now ..wil soon post you my latest updates and wish me all the best for my future assignments in Infy

Last day in Sierra

Finally the wait is over,Day when I Joined Sierra, Back in my mind also I never thought of moving from this company so soon, It took more time for me to prepare and crack the interview of this company than the stay in company 3 months was a lesson and practice for me. I have learnt many things which can really help me to battle better in my life, Made some fine and good frnds here and its tough to wave bye to them, finally the day has come and its today.Today is my last day in Sierra waving of good bye to this company, may be il take a weeks break time to join my next assignment, so in btwn il keep posting u my updates

Keeping Fingers Crossed

Fed up with this policies, Its almost 2 weeks now I have put my papers in this company and these guys are not relieving me frm my services. Im currently neither assigned to any project nor allocated even. But still i donno y they want to retain me for serving the complete notice period,im sick of benching now and dont want to engage in any other project over, jus keeping fingers crossed to get relieved as early as possible

Puppies r real Stress Busters

Few days ago small puppy came into our office premises and our security guys pampered him @ best they can do working round the clock in shifts serving him milk and food...! That small puppy may be the only employee of our company who is pampered in that way :lol . Me n Abhishek play with puppy 10 mins atleast in a day and feel very relieved. He is so energetic he jumps with joy seeing us and plays around us every day..! Pets are really stress busters....Love playing with that everyday

RAIN CRICKET.....WooW Amazing

You must have heard about Street cricket, college cricket, classroom cricket and even Cricket in Ground, but for first time I Njoyed playing "Rain Cricket"....! Its real fun man, jus saw my juniors playing cricket in my street and joined them. But our uncertain climate made it to turn as Raincricket, Initially its juss a drizzle so we continued our play, gradually the drizzle turned out as sudden down pour and that time we are in edge of winning the match, so we dint stop our play and we won the match. As we are totally drenched we njoyed playing further, we played 4 more matches ( 5 overs match ofcorzz ) in rain for almost 70 mins njoyng bowling,batting and feilding in rain. I could really manage well to spin the ball even in that heavy rain..! Felt realy very good after playing this sort of cricket after many long years... These are very little things in our life which we are missing and im jus trying to ensure that they are part of my life...!

Friday Fever is ON

Friday Fever is On. Fortunately this weeknd il find every one in home, Niha and dad are having Second saturday as holiday....So should plan out something ..not sure what. Dad is asking out for long drive to Nagarjuna sagar, I havent promised him yet but should see how it works out to be. Im jusz keeping my fingers crossed.

One day Struggle @ PASSPORT OFFICCE

Our Passport Issue system should change, hour long queues ,irresponsible behaviour of staff, Months and years together to issue passport makes life more miserable for common man. I really got a chance to peep into this side because of Niharika Passport Problem. Prior to our marriage she has applied Passport from Vijayawada in Sep-2008( Unfortunately regional office for that area falls as Hyderabad only) and after our marriage she relocated to hyderabad, in mean time her application is still freezing in the office for months together and finally it reached to passport office in Feb-2009 ( Even if i sleep and crawl from vijaywada il reach earlier than application). After police verification they held her application stating that she is no more residing here. Story isnt yet over and even we overlooked this issue,forgot that. Passport office claims that they have sent several reminders regarding updated documents and address proof which we never recieved and finally we recieved "FINAL REMINDER" stating that if we do not furnish the necessary documents in week time then status of application will be closed ( Unfortunately in India once Application status is CLOSED, we cant apply for fresh passport for next one Year )

So rushed to our PP Office secunderabad to submit all the documents taking one day leave from office, but after reaching there realized that they will take document only from 9.30 to 11 AM in morning and we returned back home with dismay, Next day morning just to stand in line afront we started at home by 6AM and reached thee by 6.30 & got amuzed by watching long line recieving token number of 37. After 3 hrs stand on road & hot sun we finally got a chance to get in and submit her application, adding to this even the Enquiry officer was so reluctant to answer our queries. We are so unpleased with his behaviour but cant really help, as we are left with no other choice except to return back with few un answered questions still. May be after few days/months police enquiry gets completed and wish to see her passport atleast by this Year end.
It almost took 3 Years for a passport to come in hand for Normal man in India. I do feel that this system should be revamped and completely systamized to understand the requirement of common man.

Final Shock : A fresh passport application does cost me roughly around Rs.1000, but for this case im supposed to pay Penalty and that may vary from Rs.2500- 5000 itseems.

Bon Voyage to Bhushan

Finally Waved off good bye to bhushan on saturday early hours from Hyderabad International airport. Bhushy leaving on satday early hours flashed my mind late evening on friday,immediately me n sarath got to go to airport and wish him for bon voyage. Woke up early at 4 in morning picked up sarath and landed to airport by 5AM, driving almost 45 kms empty stretch of 8 lane outer ring road was amazing site, chilled air with lil drizzle and lite music made journey effortless. Reached wel before bhushan sippping hot Coffee & waiting for them to arrive.

He came down and gave me a warm n tight hug which i really love to have frm my frnds... and spoke for some time and finally when he decided to move off then aunt broke down to tears, mother is the one who really showers her love n expresses her emotions for her children, finally we could console her and thou bhushan tried to control his emotions,but still i can spot frm his face,he finally waved us good bye and boarded flite to reach his world,where he himself is everything in that mechanical world. Its very tough move ....but cant help,he should board the flite to reach thousand of miles away from us..! 24 hrs later recieved call from him saying that he reached safely and hez back on "Life driven Track" now....!

Neglecting to get my Car Serviced

Its almost more than 2 weeks im having problem with my Car Clutch plates and im still neglecting it...! Not able to spot time to handover it in service centre. Unpredictable climate with sudden rains in Hyderabad forced me to drew to office every day by car..!Should make out some time atleast this weeknd to get it serviced before it make me stand road side :lol !

Policies which I really Don't Understand

I Seriously dont understand why these policies Keep changing, when I Joined the notice period to be served was 45 days and now as per HR policies it has changed to 90 days. How can one serve in a company for 3 long months once he decided to quit the organization.He cant even be productive to give his best after jolting down his papers...! For transitions one month time frame is ok...3 months is too long man ! Hope god gives me that patience..

Best Moments of life

Yesterday I was totally busy with my work and suddenly my phone beeped at 4 PM in evening, it was Niha on call and I can really sense some excitement and joy in her voice. Before raising a word she expelled out saying that she recieved her "First pay" ..! She was so happy and feeling so good about herself seeing the money that she recieved in a concealed cover. For a while felt lil jealous about her,because she is so fortunate to recieve her salary straight away to hand. My first pay cheque was straight away deposited in bank and I should stand 15 mins long in front of ATM to see my First Hard Earned Money. Few things thou found silly but it really matters. She threw party @ near by restraunt to everyone at home.

She could never forget the best moments of her life and neither I.

Much Awaited Lonavala Trip

Totally tired up bcoz of shirdi trip on previous day we slept till 8 in morning until Ramana and srihit came and woke us up. Infact it was nice sleep after long time we had. So everyone is geared up again for our much awaited lonavala trip. Boarded Tavera car and we placed ourselves comfartably in back seat along with Ramana & Soujanya, and hour long journey with heavy rain and lazy driver made our trip to lil slower pace when compared to excited drive last night. Before reaching to our destination our car was caught hold by police wala and as usual he is in want of money, I seriously dont understand our Cop system, he argues saying that we are 1 person more travelling in car , It seems that our car is designed only for 7 rather than 8 where he cant see Auto and busses plying near by him with more than overload. Finally after long wait we headed to Lonavala with full of traffic.

First sight of lonavala was terrific which reminded days back of 2005 ,the dam,water falls,hill view, fog everywhere, i was sharing those moments with Niha and everyone in excitement. Got down from car and was allured with Natures beauty and combination of water falls along with fog was awesome,Niha totally fell in love with that, she jus became kid seeing that and jumped into joy...we trecked for a stretch while to reach near by water falls crossing small streams of water and finally took some good snaps recaping all the moments we had there 5 years ago.....

From there we decided to move to Bhushy dam where we actually had many memories still alive in our mind, but reaching to that point made us lil upset by seeing the overwhelming croud.People from different parts made to lonaval this sunday bcoz of climate and water falls.Lonavala is a place which falls equal distance from Mumbai and Pune and is on express highway with beautifull drive stretch. Some how after hour long walk parking our vehicle very far from bhushy dam bcoz of traffic we managed to reach there, Kiran jalpa dint make out there bcoz of Sri and rain, so me niha, ram ,souji and bhushan we 5 reachd there. Njoyed the falls, took some lovely pics and we managed to move back as time is wrapping up and we should catch our bus at 7PM in pune.

Got into car at 4 PM and was struck in 8kms long traffic and was in lonavala till 6 PM and we totally lost hopes of catching our bus to Hyderabad, finally to our luck our driver ki dimak ki batthi jalgayaa and he took an off road route and some how managed to get onto high way within 20 mins skiping the traffic. And from here our return trip to pune started and we reached pune by 7.10 PM, thanks to ramana who got down near bus and made bus wait until we go home change our wet clothes and pack our bags to board again. Bus started back to hyderabad and our adventerous and most awaited trip has almost come to an end once we deeply entered into sleep late 10.30 after completing our dinner at road side Dhaba.

It was so fun kiran and jalpa made me really feel very comfy with there love and affection, some ppl never change how big they are , they can be a true example for that, years passed but still they shower the love to all of us in same way. Srihit was totaly outrageous, i teased him and his father played with me :). Ramana and soujanya are made for each other, I really liked the chemistry btwn them and hez really taking care of her very well, as always ramana does for his best in his life.

Next day morning by 7 we are home sharing our moments with mom and dad

Bhushy left back to vizag next day by early morning flite promising me that he will catch up his US flight frm hyderabad so that i can meet him again

Life is back on track running for mechanical things, wish to have one more weeknd like this with all my frnds, we definetely missd Sarath, Santosh,Sai and PNR

Hope to have a trip like this with all u guys again

Tightly Lined up Shirdi Trip

Well where do i start with....ok well awaited and much excited day for the trip has come finally, I started to pune along with Bhushan and to the last minute surprise even Niha joined our trip. We are supposed to board bus @ 11 PM and as usual our hyderabad buses are late by an hour and finally managed to get adjusted. We reached pune very lately by 10 AM in morning with long journey. We unwinded everything and got ready by 11.30 AM . And in btwn i forgot to say our trip was divided into 2 days,one exclusively for visiting Shirdi and other day for Lonavala.

So we are set for drive to shirdi by road on satday, Our driver Balu was a terrific guy,he almost drove car at speed of 120-130kmph and took us to shirdi in jus 3 hrs which is 180kms long with multiple breaks and heavy downpour of rain. Finally reached shirdi at its totally rush bcoz of Guru Pournami falling on the next day, we some how managed to enter temple with our bare foot walking in feet depth of mud, You guys must have watched bhushan and Niharika expressions while walking in that mud......
Luckily by gods grace winded up darshan and everything within 20 mins and started back to Pune again and this time its night driving and rain ..itsnt that easy to drive, we took a break for dinner in highway side restraunt and had good food where kiran was waiting alone in car taking care of srihit who slept bcoz of tiresome journey.

Started back from dinner to pune and shd appreciate our driver who drove 120kms stretch in jus an hour time and made us reach back pune by quarter past two. Bhushy,me and kiran spent some time speaking and later slept like small baby's

Inspiring Dialogue from "Dil Chahta Hein" which moved me

Very long back in my Engineering days when i saw the movie "Dil Chahta Hein" i was so moved and inspired with one dialogue" Hum dosth hein aur hum dosth rahengey" ( we are friends and will be friends for ever)...I Never thought that this dialogue can be so powerful and can change my world of friendship, Thou its said very simply in movie but its very tough to standby these words
After my 3 years of my frndship with my Essar frnds ,i really felt that i should definetely stay in with few of my very good frnds thou how busy iam, But I could hardly make out an outing trip with them again, 2005 Lonavala trip in September with all my friends in Essar was so memorable trip.Still memories dint fade away from my mind yet. At that moment an idea flashed my mind, even after 5 years we all friends should make to this trip again remembering the best moments of life. But life isnt that way as u think always, every one are thrown away to different parts of world,busy wit there lives and work.
Finally after bhushan returning back to India after 3 long years,we planned for a get together in Pune near Kiran & Ramana's place from where we actually planned to go to Lonavala , infact this time itsnt "Bacherlor's Trip" its trip with Loved ones even.
